Employment Advantage Program Features

The Employment Advantage Program was the first  employment program of its kind when it was first launched in its online format in 2006, having previously been delivered in a face to face version for over eight years.

National Credentials

The Employment Advantage Program is Nationally Accredited by the Training and Accreditation Council, and is Department of Education, Employment Workplace Relations compliant.

Furthermore, the Employment Advantage Program meets Phase III and IV criteria of the Australian National Blueprint for Career Development.

Endorsed by the Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority

The Employment Advantage Program is now endorsed under the Community Organisation category of SCASA Endorsed Programs for one whole unit (5 points) (Program Code: CIPEA). This program significantly contributes to a student’s West Australian Certificate of Education.

Completely Online

The Employment Advantage Program can be undertaken with little to no paperwork. A classroom companion is available.  To maintain the program's integrity all online questionnaires must be completed in three attempts or participants will be locked out of the program for six hours.   The material is delivered in a process of knowledge building from lesson to lesson, module to module so that students absorb the information contained in the program gradually and in a way that promotes life long advantages.

Embedded Audio

The online program incorporates a complete audio component to make learning easier and more engaging. The audio is suitable for students with learning disabilities or for those with English as a second language.

Proven Results

90.6% of participants that are looking for work have found employment within 4 weeks of completing the Employment Advantage Program.

This easy-to-navigate structured five module program contains questionnaires after each lesson, tests after each module and a final exam to certify a strong foundational knowledge of job seeking processes. Assessment questions are selected from a large pool of questions to prevent collusion.
